Written by Nicola Moriarty
SHE WANTS HIM BACK. SHE WANTS YOU GONE.
Finally, Georgia has found the one. Luke is kind, handsome, and makes her feel safe – which is what she needs after everything she’s been through.
The only problem is his ex-girlfriend.
Luke says Cadence just can’t accept the breakup, and that explains the texts, the emails, the notes . . .
But then things start to go very wrong – will Cadence really do whatever it takes to get what she wants?
A Compulsive, Magnificent Read!
This is some read! Starting off nice ‘n’ easy, drawing the reader in and – before you know it – the author has you exactly where she wants you!
In her thirties, Georgia was despairing of ever finding the man of her dreams when along comes Luke; almost perfect in every way except for his crazy ex who won’t let him go . . .
I really lived every word of this book, and yet where it headed blew me away! Twisting this way then that, I couldn’t have foreseen the ending. It’s a thrilling read, packed with details which kept me enthralled all the way through. Beautifully rounded characters and a well-plotted story made this quite compulsive and rather magnificent! I loved how it was all completely wrapped up by the very end and almost wish I could read it all over again without knowing what was coming – and perhaps I will, one day when I’ve mostly forgotten all about it (may take a while). Very highly recommended to every reader who enjoys an enigmatic and exciting book and absolutely worth all five shiny stars!
My thanks to publisher Penguin for both my copy of this novel and my place on the blog tour. This is my honest, original and unbiased review.
